When we decided to do our remodeling project, it was critical to us to choose a contractor that would listen, be patient and would act as a sounding board as we worked through our design and decorating processes. We got that and more when we chose Bray Builders. Our experience from design to completion has been absolutely terrific.
When you choose to remodel you have to be prepared for things not going according to plan. As the project unfolded, there were things we thought we wanted that we soon realized wouldn't work. There were other things that we ended up adding that we had no vision for when we began the project. Each and every time either of these scenarios presented themselves, Bryant, Mark or Rick would have ideas, suggestions, work arounds, etc. That made the project fun.
The quality of construction and craftsmanship that went into our addition/remodel far exceeded our expectations. There is not one part of the new kitchen or great room that didn't turn out better than we had envisioned. The little nuances like wider crown molding, a more detailed column, wrought iron spindles and a limestone mantel are just a few examples of creativity and design that Bryant either suggested or just did on his own that gave the rooms even more appeal and character than what we originally designed or requested.
As with any construction project, not everything goes right all of the time. While that presents frustration on both sides, the professionalism, decorum and responsiveness with which Bray Builders handled mistakes, timing issues, etc., was nothing short of spectacular. Communication was regular and consistent, schedules followed, errors pointed out and repaired. We never had to guess what was coming next or when.
Finally, as homeowners who lived in the house while under construction, we were so pleased with the daily cleanliness of the job site, the kindness, manners and professionalism of the Bray Builders crew as well as the sub-contractors, and the desire that they all had to ensure our expectations were being met (or exceeded). We have used Bray Builders for two projects now and we will continue to highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel or new home construction. You will not be disappointed!

I would like to thank Bray Builders for all their help.
I hired another contractor to finish my basement this past summer. Needless to say, this was a mistake. He failed to finish the job and abandoned the job with almost full payment. What a misfortune!
I tried three other contractors to finish the job and Bray Builders was the only one that would help me. What luck!
Bray Builders inspected past work, made corrections where needed (and there were a lot) and finished the job. They did it in a timely manner and with great craftsmanship. I found every worker to be very pleasant to work with and the integrity impeccable.
